We Require, skilled, enthusiastic, imaginative teachers who can bring out the best in our kids, responding to different abilities and interests and employing various methodologies including guided discovery, playful methods to invoke inquisitiveness in the kids..
The Banyan is a new kind of Pre-school and needs a new kind of teacher/administrator. Although they can certainly benefit from training, we subscribe to the idea that first-class teachers are born not made. Style is important.
We are also looking for professionals in Pre-school administration.

Teaching staff at The Banyan undergo regular training in order to further hone their skills and abilities and to be kept up to date with best practices in the field of Pre-School education and Child management. Special training for non teaching staff is ongoing as well.
