A pioneer in the preschool and child day care industry, Swati Jain is a dynamic entrepreneur and social change-maker dedicated to creating empowering ecosystems for working women and fostering early childhood development. As Director of The Banyan she has built a trusted brand known for its structured learning environments, high-quality childcare solutions, and a compassionate, child-first approach.

Swati’s vision goes far beyond education. She is deeply committed to women’s empowerment, working to ease the dual responsibilities women face as professionals and caregivers. Her initiatives have enabled hundreds of mothers to return to work with peace of mind, knowing their children are in safe, nurturing, and developmentally rich spaces.

With a degree in Psychology from Jesus and Mary College (Delhi University) and an MBA from FORE School of Management, Swati blends behavioural insight with strategic leadership. In March 2025, she completed the prestigious Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. This transformative experience has further sharpened her expertise in strategic people leadership, organizational design, and talent strategy, skills she now applies to scale The Banyan with a future-focused, people-first mindset, placing human capital at the heart of the organization’s growth.

Under her leadership, The Banyan World has rapidly expanded into a premium network of corporate day care centres and preschools, earning the trust of leading employers and hundreds of families across India. She has led successful partnerships to provide day care solutions to various multinational companies and government organizations, embedding inclusive childcare infrastructure within professional ecosystems Swati has also created meaningful employment for over 100 women, offering not just jobs, but pathways to confidence, independence, and career revival.

Swati leads with compassion, integrity, and vision ,mentoring her team, celebrating milestones, and cultivating a workplace culture rooted in trust, emotional safety, and continuous learning.
